This means that you will lose all the files purchased on our site that you did not save on your computer, or you will not be able to download them anymore in case your computer crashes. This operation is irreversible.

Are you definitely logged into KaraFun before trying to play a song? Make sure that you are logged in using the Username and your password.
If songs still aren't playing in their entirety, try restarting your computer, logging in, and playing again.

Simply login and go to "My Account", then click on "Manage subscription and payments".
Finish by clicking on "Cancel my KaraFun subscription".
We only accept MasterCard, Visa and PayPal. All the other payment methods (including Visa Electron and prepaid payment cards) are not supported.

If you still have issues after checking the previous points, your bank might block the payment for your own security (our offices being located in France), and in most cases, getting in touch with your bank will solve the issue.

Your KaraFun receipts are available for downloading or printing by accessing “My Account”.
KaraFun does not offer microphone monitoring through the app.
You can use a third-party monitoring app or external gear like a mixing board to use a microphone. If you want to amplify your voice, we advise you to address your favorite music/electronic store, they will help you find the best option!
Please also note that KaraFun does not allow recording your voice directly through the app.

KaraFun tracks are only available online (via streaming), so downloading the songs on your computer is not possible. This is due to the agreements and rights obligations that we have with our partners, artists, and publishers.
However, KaraFun does have the option to sync songs offline for the times when there is no internet connection. This could be a good option for you, as with a normal subscription you can save 1,000 songs offline, and with a pro subscription, you can save KaraFun's entire catalog.

You can enable or disable the Parental Control feature by accessing “My Account and then “Preferences” (https://www.karafun.com/my/options).

The CSV format will allow you to easily make changes to the song list (you can customize it, change font, size, etc.).

Importing your own songs is only possible with Karafun Player 2 (Windows)
To add a song to KaraFun, select "My Computer" then "Add a folder" at the bottom of the left menu bar.

The other KaraFun applications also offer the possibility of uploading your CDG files. This can be done via the Community Feature.

Adding to the favorites, to a playlist and syncing offline is not possible with karaoke videos added by the Community.

With IOS and Android devices:
KaraFun offers Remote control, an exclusive feature allowing you to control the app from a web browser on a remote device, whether it's your phone, tablet or any other device connected to the internet.
In order to activate Remote control:
Activate Remote control, and either scan the QR code from your device, or enter the internet address in your device's browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox).
Next, enter a username for this session and your KaraFun application will then follow the commands that you send from your device.
Please note your KaraFun app and your remote device must be connected to internet at all times.
