Why is my debit card refused?

If your payment is refused, please double-check the following points:

  1. You have selected the right card type (Visa / MasterCard)
  2. Your card number is correct
  3. You have entered the right security code and expiry date
  4. Your card has not expired
  5. You have sufficient funds in your bank account
  6. If you are located outside of France, check that your bank is not blocking payments, since our offices being located in France.

If you still have issues after checking the previous points, your bank might block the payment, and in most cases, getting in touch with your bank will solve the issue..
