Editing .kfp : Library window not appearing

I have an issue when trying to add files into KFPs.
The button which is circled in the attached screenshot *should* bring up the library list of files to choose from.
However, pressing it appears to do nothing. The active window goes grey (indicating focus lost) but no new window appears. Pressing ALT+F4 closes whatever invisible window there was.

Why is this happening? Why is the window not appearing
Is there a way to reset the positions of the windows (?) or return Karafun to a default state?

System: v1.18 Studio (licensed copy)

OK, debugged it myself: the library window was displayed on a deactivated screen -

If I hadn't had a second monitor to plug in and check, how would I have got that window back? Surely there should be an .ini file or a simple "reset window positions" button to restore defaults?
