Now days with lovely phones that have internet access, and i-touch and i-phones. I've been looking at ways to create a web page which allows people to search songs and once found put their name as a request for the song. works fine with access hosted page on a local machine with wifi router to allow others to see the page. it seems to work ok (I wont mention the particular karaoke software as thats not fair on them or yourselves), but the technology is there to possible add to karafun with a database backend so that in the community we could show each other our own web pages and how we created them to allow people to search the songs and also submit a request for singing one.
Just an idea as you already able to do it as on the site you able to display all the songs you already have
Just placed it here to see what others may think of the idea. |

the kfn file with the images in the background are too much for a cell phone screen, so having it on them would be hard to read, and the cpu power to move the words would eat up the cell phone batterie.
evil lyrics has a karaokey program that is just text in a notepad style that would be the one to use on cell phone. not the best choice since it is lack luster of even an microsoft 3.1 version program style. but it will use less power then anything else. _________________ roving cowboy / keith hall.
