Hi htere. For some reason, the player shows the title of the song across the top (scrolls) but will not allow me to play the song files. Can you please assist me with this? Thanks!

Is the CDG and MP3 file compressed into a zip file, if so, if the zip file has any comment withing it for some reason the KaraFun player won't recognize them. If you unzip the files, delete the .zip file and create an new zip file with the CDG and MP3 file compressed into it and no comment that will take care of it.
