where have all the backgrounds gone?

Gee, the title sounds like a song! Seriously, where are the download backgrounds that used to be here? My old computer died, taking with it all the backgrounds but the standard ones, and I can't find where to redownload all the ones folks had shared. Are there other sites these are hiding at?

are you talking about the midi file presets? i don't know.

i just looked at the site and sometime ago they did change the download site again, i did not see the midi presets or user submited presets or files either?
if they took them down then i guess they were not getting enough downloads on the midi ones? Confused

I finally found them again by doing a Yahoo search for karafun presets. It seems they forgot to link this page when updating the web site. Finally got all the nice backgrounds again! I sure wish someone would make some more animated ones - those are great party pleasers!
