Allow use of any font on system

Currently Karafun only allows the use of a few fonts for the karaoke text. I would like to use narrower fonts so that I can squeeze more words in per line, so it would be great if it allowed me to select any font on my system. I realise training mode already has this capability, but it does not give the look that I want so I have to use standard mode.

You can add any font to the library and then select it on the text properties.

外阴白斑治疗中心
“外阴白斑治疗中心”在医学上的名称是外阴白色病损、外阴白色病变，又叫外阴营养不良症。此病不传染，但遗传率极高，其具有潜在恶性，视为癌前病变，癌变率为5%。
