Problème Convertion Kfn en Wmv avec programme ACHETÉ

Bonjour,
Je commence à en avoir ras le bol.........j'ai ACHETÉ 49,.. euros le programme Karafun Studio ( soit disant amélioration )....
Je change des fichiers ( paroles etc..) pour les avoir en kfn, j'aimerais les convertir en WMV ou AVI ( vidéo + son ) COMMENT faire, avec quel programme ( gratuit si possible ). Car en faisant la lecture du fichier- cliquer bouton droit souris- convertir audio ( ne marche pas----pas de son ) et quand fichier kar, dis " impossible, ne lis pas fichier".
Convertir vidéo, ça va de temps en temps.
Si j'arrive à avoir la convertion audio et vidéo séparément, je pourrai en faire un fichier WMV.
Je n'ai pas envie d'avoir perdu 50 euros pour un programme dont je ne suis pas satisfaite.
Expliquez-moi................quel problème y-a-t'il, et aidez-moi ??????

Patience c'est le mielleur logiciel du marché il en existe pas d'autre et en plus il est pas chère moi, il faux être patience et reposer.
