hi,excellent program I am enjoying it a lot.
I have files with russian letters, however I can't understand the words becuase Karafun opens them as Hebrew letters.
I have WinXP with Hebrew support.
Can I change "encoding" like in IE to Cyrillic?
tnx |

You're right, depending of your Windows configuration, KaraFun is translating the karaoke lyrics with the correct page code.
If you are using both Cyrillic and Hebrew karaoke...
...It will be a problem... Because there is no known solution with KaraFun.
Anyway, for future release, do you prefer :
To have a GLOBAL option setting the pagecode you want to use
OR
To have the possibility to set for EACH FILE the page codes |

bummer...
appreciate the direct answer though
for future release:
I would definitely like to have the possibility to set for EACH FILE, as long as I can use it on .kar files.
Would be nice if you could make it as simple as in IE .
Can you direct me to the relevant windows setting?

I think (not so sure) that there is no windows setting but it depends on the windows version you installed.
Anyway, we'll try to find a solution for this (not so common) issue. |
