I downloaded 1.01 today and tried to convert. I ran into the same problems that I had with 1.00 version.
1)My computer locks up about 1 in 3 attempts that I try.
2)The movie displays properly on Winamp however I still do not have sound from the mp3 source. |

Hi,
I am also having a prolem converting kfn to avi files. The problem on my machine is that the sound and video files are not synced. If you give me an address I will forward the kfn file to you. Output parameters were 1024x768 @ 60Hz
thanks

If you use "uncompressed frames" or the local translation of "uncompressed frames", you'll create very big file (several gigs for a 3 minutes songs).
--> But the quality is very good!
These produced files are a good starting point for DVD conversion, but they are also difficult to play realtime.
I explain: as the video files are huge, your computer did not succeed in reading it realtime (for the sound it's ok, but for the video, it's too slow)
I hope you've understood the point.
There is a big part on AVI file creation in the online help:

These specific pages may help you:
