Version 1.16a works fine on my laptop in all respects. Then I am updated to 1.18 and it will no longer play CDG + mp3 files or MIDIs.
When I updated from 0.9 to 1.12(?) this happened, then later it worked. I have now tried installing 1.18 three (3) times and each time I load a track it opens the screen and then refuses to play. It also has an annoying habit of muting the WAVE channel in my Audio properties.
I have reverted to 1.16a
Please leave legacy players available for people to download so that if the latest version doesn't work they can revert to an earlier proven and reliable version.
