.WMV graphics blank on second screen

Playing back a .wmv file purchased from karaokeversion works fine, on my monitor. When I drag the output window to my television screen (this is how I do my show), the graphics don't show up, just a blank window. This isn't the case for either CDG or MPG files. Any ideas?

I have exactly the same problem. WMV is only showing in the Monitor 1, regardless if this is the laptop or the TV screen.. My solution is that I am defining the TV as Monitor 1 and the laptop as number 2. Then it works fine.

But there is a big disadvantage:

If you are making a wrong click or you want to open another program during the show, it will always show up on monitor 1, which is the output monitor for your singers - not good, if they suddenly see a message "File not found" while they are singing.

For the support team here: This is NOT a setup problem. The Windows Media player for example plays wmv files in both screens without problems. The Karafun player plays any other media, e.g. .kar files, without problems in any of the screens.

Just with .wmv it does not work. You can place the output window even half on monitor 1 and half on monitor 2. When you started the .wmv from Karafun, it will show (half) on monitor 1, but the half on monitor 2 will be black.

My system: Toshiba Laptop, Win XP, ATI Radeon Mobile X700, all most current drivers installed.
