enqueue into playlist from KJ File Manager

Hi,

Is it possible to have files selected to play from KJ File Manager be enqueued to the playlist instead of played immediately? I don't seem to be able to do this. Is there some command line option one has to had when defining Karafun as the default open application for the files?
