| 1st time user, so I don't know if I am doing anything wrong here, but what ever files I play, there seems to be a horrible distortion in the audio. |

Hi,
There seem to be an audio distortion problem with some chipsets, and we are trying to solve this. This is difficult as none of our machines has this problem and we would need someone who has it to help us track it down.
Would you happen to have a NForce audio chipset/driver ?
Could you send your log file to dev@recisio.com ? ( check 'Create events log file' in the advanced options & restart KaraFun. The file 'startup.log' can be located in the '<...>\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Recisio\KaraFun' directory with XP and the '<...>\ProgramData\Recisio\KaraFun' directory with Vista. ).
Please copy/paste your system information ( third tab in the about box ) with it. |

| I'm having awful distortion with an ADI Ad1988B 8-Channel High Definition Audio on a ASUS P5E3 Motherboard. I'll send the information requested in an e-mail separately. |
