Access Violations of Export

Dear all,

I have an annoying problem with the Export function of the File menu in KaraFun Editor.

I want to use WMV export but as soon as I select it from the menu a get an Access Violation because of reading address 0.

I also get Access Violations when selecting most compression formats in AVI dialog. Frankly, the only I thing I use safely is uncompressed AVI format.

I want to upload karaoke clips in youtube. The uncompressed AVIs I get from Karafun Editor are too big for this. One or two compressed formats that work in AVI menu have a poor quality.

So, I use uncompressed AVI and then load Windows Movie Maker to recode it to WMV. The problem is that Movie Maker has fixed resolutions, none of them suiting my case.

So, in my particular machine (XP SP2), I can play WMV, I can convert AVI to WMV, so I cannot understand why Karafun has a problem with this. The strange thing is that it does not even display a dialog or something, like the AVI one. As soon as I click on the menu I get AV.

Finally, I tried to send a bug report as suggested by the program, but it also AV during the end of the process.

I would like to state that in this particular computer I never experience any kind of problems, except in this case.

Do you try to export a Training Mode video?
We know that there's a bug on this case, and we are working on it. It should be fixed in the next version of the KaraFun player.

I am not sure if by "training mode video" you mean one of the 3 options in the bottom of the AVI export dialog. I do not check any of these options. Furthermore, as I said to my post, I do not see the WMV export dialog at all, so I do not know what's in there.

I do not export via the player. I export via the editor, where I do not see this option in any other place...
