Cant run graph! Errorcode -2147024891

Okay, I'm trying to export an AVI, NTSC DVD 720x480 30fps, with 48khz PCM stereo audio, but this error box comes up and prevents me from exporting...

"Can't run graph! Errorode: -2147024891"

any idea what this is or what I can do to get around it?

I just purchased Karafun this evening and began using it.

I have just received the very same error code when trying to save a karaoke file to avi format.

Noting that your inquiry dates back to February and not one reply, I am not very confident at all with the support for this product.

I think I will be contacting them tomorrow to request a refund. The software seems to have potential. But ultimately it is only as good as the support it receives. Very unfortunate.

Hi,

Error 0x80070005 (-2147024891) indicates that a file is not accessible. Either the source file is unreachable, KaraFun cannot write the temporary wav file for the sound or KaraFun does not have permission to write the output file where you asked it to write it.
