I can't start the Program! I have installed the program without any errors or problems but if I Start KaraFun I can see this little KaraFun logo and after about half a minute or minute it ends (the CPU needs about 100%...). If I start the Editor the same procidure starts. After that the process ends automatically without any notice! How can I solve the problem? I have reinstalled but nothing changed. I have installed the latest drivers (think so).
My system:
1,7 Ghz Centrino
512 MB DDR2 RAM
X700 Readon Mobility 128 MB
Display Resolution: 1680x1050
so I don't see anything wrong
EDIT: I have installed and run KaraFun with administrator rights! |

Here is a solution to know what's going on : you should activate the startup log file.
In order to do that, you must know the regedit.exe tool (registry editor) and create a new entry in the key :
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\RECISIO\KaraFun
Add a new DWORD value called "ActivateLog" and set it to "1"
Then each time you start KaraFun a Startup.log file will be created in the KaraFun root directory (Default: C:\Program Files\KaraFun) and you'll be able to tell us the last line of this file and we'll try to help you more.
Good Luck. |

sry but I don't get this file!
What I did:
Start -> "Ausführen"(Execute) -> "regedit" Enter -> "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\RECISIO\KaraFun" searched and found but there were 2 more "run" and "status" I didn't klick to any of them. I did a right-klick into the right half of the window and chose "new" -> "DWORD-Wert" (DWORD value) -> renamed it to ActivateLog -> rightclick and chose "change" type in "1" instead of "0". Started KaraFun but no log file was created. so i changed from Hexadecimal to Decimal and tryed again but same result. So I tried same procedure in the other 2 orders but i don't get any file in the root directory |

We are working on the logfile problem.
We try to be quick.
This must be fixed on the forthcoming version (1.11). |

Hi ,
I just downloaded KaraFun and could not run the program after setup.
My error message says: "The ordinal 12 could not be located in the dynamic link library WMVCORE.DLL." I already have the latest windows media player with WMVCORE.DLL in my computer.
Can you help me?

In order to export to WMV file (even in the free version of KaraFun) you need to have Windows Media Player 9 or better. If you're not running the lastest Windows XP version nor the latest WMP version, we simply advice you to download and install the lastest version of Windows Media Player to solve this problem.
More: Download Microsoft Windows Media Player. |
